Art Camp for Students in Grades 1-4
You may select a single session or multiple days. If you are selecting multiple days, select the first session you would like to join. After you add the first session to the cart, you will be able to add additional sessions. Just click "Event Tickets" from the menu along the top and then scroll to find the Spring Camp tickets. If you would like to join us for all six days, please select the session that says Enjoy all Six Days of Spring Camp.

MARCH 13: Painting Florida
Explore the different parts of the Sunshine State! Travel south to the swampy Everglades, north to historic Tallahassee, west to tropical Tampa, and east to the exciting Space Coast! Create artwork using a variety of mediums to showcase iconic features of Florida.
MARCH 16: Art of the Outdoors!
Discover the joy of plein air painting (the act of painting outdoors)! Soak in the fresh air as you paint the Florida landscape that surrounds the museum. Weather permitting, easels will be provided for plein air painting by Lake Estelle. Dress comfortably for painting outside.
MARCH 17: Going Green!
Calling all leprechauns! Go green this St. Patrick’s Day by creating artwork inspired by the Irish holiday. Use lucky pencils, paint brushes, scissors, and glue sticks to design treasured artwork only found at the end of a rainbow!
MARCH 18: Sunrise, Sunset
Look towards the sky and find inspiration from the sun! Use reds, oranges, and yellows to create imaginative sunrise and sunset scenes. Be inspired by the vivid paintings in the exhibition Living Color: The Art of the Highwaymen to create your own two-dimensional and three-dimensional works of art.
MARCH 19: The Sunshine State
Soak in the sun of the Sunshine State! Explore the variety of flora and fauna that Florida has to offer. Mix and create with earthly pigments to create a painting from nature.
MARCH 20: The Art of Storytelling
Venture into the land of make-believe by combining art, literature, and drama! Be inspired by authors and illustrators and expand your imagination, art skills, creativity, and self-expression. Discover how stories can be told through art by creating your own watercolor tunnel book!
$45; $40 for Members
Early drop off (beginning at 8:00am): $5 per child, per day
Late pick up (until 5:15pm): $5 per child, per day
Refunds are given less a $25 handling fee. Written notice two weeks prior to the class is required. No refunds are made after the classes have started.
